Mariel Mayz (M.A. ’18) recently received an artist grant from the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center (JACCC) in Los Angeles to create a new piece with video realization. frames/fragments is a part of their Virtual Exhibition called “The Kintsugi Spirit,” which is available for the month of October.
Mariel Mayz is currently teaching as part of the Arts Management & Leadership Certificate and the coordinator for the Mellon Arts Fellowship here at Hunter College.
