Adjunct Lecturer Michael Sheetz will be featured twice this month on WQXR’s McGraw-Hill “Young Artist Showcase” hosted by Bob Sherman. This holiday program features excerpts from Handel’s Messiah, as well as other standard Oratorio repertoire and popular Christmas songs for listeners in New York City and beyond. The first broadcast of the show will be on Saturday, December 14, at 11 pm, and the second will be on Wednesday, December 25 (Christmas Day) at 9 pm. It will also be available online to stream on the episode webpage in perpetuity following its broadcast.
