Adjunct Assistant Professor, Claudia Knafo has been re-invited to the World Piano Conference in Novi Sad, Serbia this July. She presented last year, supported by a PSC-CUNY grant. Dr. Knafo will be lecturing on the piano music of Alberto Ginastera, and will give masterclasses and a solo recital at the University of Novi Sad.
In July, Dr. Knafo will be lecturing and performing at a conference at Escuela de Artes Musicales, Universidad de Costa Rica. She will be presenting a lecture/recital on Piano Music from South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
In September, she will travel to Guayaquil, Ecuador to perform Rhapsody in Blue at the University of the Arts.
